Biography:

E.T. is the titular character from Steven Spielberg's 1982 movie, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. He is a botanist from an unnamed extraterrestrial species who is accidentally left behind on Earth.

E.T. is discovered by Elliott, a young boy who befriends and protects him. E.T. possesses unique abilities, including telekinesis and healing. He longs to return to his home planet and communicates telepathically with Elliott, establishing a deep emotional bond.

The movie chronicles E.T.'s attempts to contact his home world with Elliott's help, while simultaneously evading government agencies who want to capture him for scientific study. His first appearance was in the 1982 movie.
